Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when submitting your order. Items in the web store are made to order and will be delivered to you in accordance with the terms in the order confirmation, normally within 3-4 weeks from the confirmation date.

Deliveries within Finland are sent via the Finnish Post Office. For deliveries within Finland, you will receive a notice by text message or e-mail, once the package has arrived. The package can then be picked up at the Post Office.
Deliveries outside of Finland are sent via DHL. For deliveries outside of Finland, the package will be delivered to your home address.

You are welcome to either exchange your item or receive a refund. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging and bearing all original product tags.
Please note that return shipping is paid by the customer. Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us. If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the delivery costs.
